Post Race Competitor!
How can you have a race with just one entry? That's kind of silly. As such, the Post Race Competitor! thread is ready to surpass the Post Race thread. At this time, there is only 20,024 more posts to go and just 4,691,280 views. We should be there by Christmas.......

Re: Post Race Competitor!
Christmas? THat's a bit ambitious doncha think?

If all of humanity was wiped off the Earth except you that would be a race with one entry...(human race) :D

or of which century.
#6 is the smallest positive integer which is neither a square number nor a prime number and is also the smallest perfect number.

I prefer it when there is more symetry... 8 is where it's all at... nice and round. Not asymmetrical like your..... 6... what's with that tail sticking out of its top? Does it think it's a pumpkin or something? Or is it just a drunk 9 that's fallen and can't get up?

I had to think twice (2x) about it, but 8 seems more cubed than round to me.....

I'd believe that if you thought about it thrice... unless you're thinking in the box... then perhaps...

Not that it ever was... but so much for this ever being a family friendly place. It's barley SFW.

Student Finance Wales is probably only of interest to students living/studying in Wales.

Unless maybe on Wall Street... I hear there's plenty of Interest there...

Re: Post Race Competitor!
Not these days. I'd like a bit more interest.
-
Re: Post Race Competitor!
I went to the credit union yesterday. Their interest is decreasing due to the fed's cutting things.
-
Re: Post Race Competitor!
Their losing interest because of the Fed actions? Are they also losing interest in you?

ouch. that hurts..... :(
:)
But to answer in my defense.....Fed actions causing interest to decrease.
At least that's my assumption, and I'm sticking with it!
-
Re: Post Race Competitor!
Yeah, at this point, I would prefer that the Fed be a bit more interesting. Bond funds are just muddling along, at this point.
-
Re: Post Race Competitor!
I must say.... This thread has now gone about 20 posts more than I thought it would. Make that 21 more than I thought.

Re: Post Race Competitor!
It was fairly obvious quickly that it was a combination of motion capture and cgi, but is quite impressive none the less. The physics weren't quite right when it ran off with the "dog".
Basically a spoof of the Boston Dynamic robotic development clips. Entertaining work.

After the first situation where the robot is attacked from behind with a sock of quarters, you can see the robot's actor's shadow on the fenced barrier. It goes by quick, but this clip is still pretty good.

Interestingly, the small print at the bottom indicates that it should, i.e. 16-bit applications.... NOT.
Attachment 172501
Goes to show that those who make up these things, don't really know VB6, just a passing acquaintance.

I went by what I've read from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_Basic
Quote:
With version 5.0 (February 1997), Microsoft released Visual Basic exclusively for 32-bit versions of Windows. Programmers who preferred to write 16-bit programs were able to import programs written in Visual Basic 4.0 to Visual Basic 5.0, and Visual Basic 5.0 programs can easily be converted to Visual Basic 4.0.
Just forgot that this passage was about VB 5 while I was Photoshopping. :o

Re: Post Race Competitor!
Technically, 20/20 vision means that you see things at 20 meters with the same clarity that the average person sees things at 20 meters. Therefore, 20/20 vision isn't clear or perfect, it's average. So, in this year, we'll see things averagely.
-
Re: Post Race Competitor!
For my new year's resolution, I wanted some clarity, but yet still wanted it just fuzzy enough for improvement, so I'm going with 720p.
