I have finally joined the gym in my quest to lose 30-40 pounds in 3 months. I even got a fitness trainer to help me. He has give me a programme in which I do Weight Training 3 days a week for 45 mins. followed by light jogging for 30 mins. No workout on saturday's and sunday's. Rest three days only cardio (jogging mostly) ... two sets of 30 mins each (60 total).
Do you [Seriously] think its the right way to approach weight loss??? Running can make you lost weight, how does Weight training makes you lose weight???
