Mine is 23.9 so apparently I'm fine.
I am apparently underweight, which I am trying to rectify by increasing the amount I eat, something I have no issues with. :)
underweight!?!
What's your BMI pena? Get to the gym and put some weight on there :thumb:
I don't know mine, but I have very high metabolism and so I never gain any weight. I am the envy of men and women alike. :)
I roll down grassy hills
17.7.
That's not too bad, only .3 under the recommended amount
Yup, bit more exercise and food :)

Not really... you should start worrying when it reaches the three digit mark... ;)

At 6'2", 200 pounds, I'm still considered "overweight"?? That seems a bit stupid to me. (Mind you I'm nowhere near 200 pounds, but come on...)Quote:

BMI are for those who does not have muscles, they are not very reliable for those who work out since muscle is heavier than fats. ;)
Indeed so, which is why I'm at the very edge of the BMI limit.
ah so 5 of my points are muscle and now I am an ideal weight, thanks oceane you provided the best diet ever :afrog:
well, just in case you work out too much and base your health on BMI... ;)
There is another though, the waste line.. forgot the safe levels though. ;)
