If you are not in this poll, like myself, wossanme and mendhak, it means you are too good for it, or had a vested interest in compiling the list of names to go in it.:p

I think VisualAd alread added a few more members. Perhaps you could PM him to ask him to make additions? Might be a limit though. I'm sure I wouldn't want to see 50,000 people to vote for, most who are not even active.

There is an inversely proportional relationship: probably due to envy, or jealousy.
