Good movie.
Good to know, I will see it this weekend
I hate these long-winded movie reviews.
Too much talk!
Summarise it plz kthxbai!
Argh! Not out here till the 27th! What is the point in that? Why not release it everywhere?
Because the movie theaters are running Linux and have difficulty multi-tasking *ducks*Quote:

I think you all should know that I'm just as big a Transformers geek as I am Linux fan.
Fair warning that's all.

I'm glad you dug up this thread to add that worthwhile contribution. It would not have been complete otherwise.
happy to help :D
ktnx in retrospect.
The Transformers film is brilliant. I have no wonder why critics have rated it so low on Rotten Tomatoes
The only ugly aspect of the film I've seen is the girl's fingernails.
Picture?
(I haven't seen the movie - and yes - I am ashamed :( )
i've been saving up for Harry Potter instead. I am a huge Transformers Fanboy (my custom title probably gave it away) but this movie would have kicked 2x the ass in Imax 3d.
I learned something from the Transformers movie.
There is nothing more unintelligent sounding in the world than a blonde Australian woman attempting to say something technical like "You've got to build a DNA based computer"
Yeah she wasn't very convincing
She also said it should be running Linux, but i think that part really made her loose her credibility :D
Actually, she had a Mac. As did a lot of the scientists in the Department of Defense. That would explain the worldwide failure of the Internet...Quote:

almost as believable when bruce banner said "the radiation must have affected the nano drugs or something" in the Hulk
Why would Optimus Prime have a mouth, when he could just have a speaker instead?
Helps him blend in with humans.Quote:

You could also argue that they don't need legs since they already have wheels. But maybe it is like in war of the worlds (the book) where the martians had never invented the wheel and everything was lever based:
Maybe the cybertronians never invented speakers.
OR most likely: The better to eat you with, my dear.
You could have ended your sentence right there. :pQuote:

Robots can feel love?
Don't show your ignorance. For further information, read any book in the Robot series by Isaac Asimov (rest his soul)
Hey, I know of a few intelligent sounding blonde Australian women. Penagate, Lucy Lawless, Peter Jackson...Quote:

I just saw another trailer for it, the one where that Jet (Starscream?) lands in the street and does a somersault and fires a rocket at something. Damn that looks awesome. Also there's a robot in there that looks a lot like the Citroen C4 Robot off that commercial. It would blend in pretty well, is it the same one?
I cannot wait until the DVD comes out. Hope there's a limited edition one.
