Happy wee day.
Watch where you go. Avoid those peet bogs, peet. You don't want to end up inside a woolly mammoth's decaying trunk.
Happy Guru.

Dont you watch tv? It was a very famous and highly made fun of commercial. :D
We get very few US commericals on this side of the pond, so none of us over here knew about that. ;)
Are you kidding? Back in his day they hadn't even invented marketing!

Geez, talk about overreacting lol.Quote:

You need to get out more really lol. :D
Dont tell me no one outside of the US has ever heard of the famous commercial line - "Where's the beef!"
I'll still be able to catch you struggling to "run".Quote:

There are shows like that, but we only tend to see the ones that are really amusing (I don't think I've ever heard of the beef one).Quote:

Oh that was the #1 commercial of the year a few years ago :D
Just looked and it was 20+ years ago

20+ years?? How old do you think we are!!
(well ok, I'm old enough to remember, but we didn't have the Ad shows back then!)
Well you were 9.9 years old back in those days, still old enough to remember lol
Funny Ads though. :D
We occasionally get a few Ad shows - they only show the funny/special ones, so it's probably about 10 hours worth in total (after millions of 30 second adverts!)
Yep, we get BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 (only BBC are non-commercial)... and with cable/satelite/freeview you also get BBC 3 & 4, ITV2/3/4, and many others (including CNN International, Discovery, etc).Quote:
