I heard that proper-proper brummies hate being called brummies. They prefer something along the lines of Blackies (as in from the Black Country).... *shrugs* Just something I had heard.

calling someone from the Blackcountry (Dudley, Tipton, Wolverhampton etc) a brummie is like calling anyone south of Oxford a cockney..... :)

the black country people are far superior to the brummies... and will eventually take over the world...HAHAHAHA (< very evil laugh)
