it's all a pile of buggery bollocks at the moment. the company has turned around it's own first idea that I was saying about which in my view was ideal for both them and us. they came back with an offer for us to have to set up our own company and they would pay us pittance for a hell of alot. now they are offering us 2k a month on a temporary basis untill september when some of their other contracts will run out and they will review the situation. this is putting me pretty much on what I am on now but going self employed and not having my expenses paid ( about 300 a month). so there is a very big part of em saying sod it all and try to find another job else where if I can, then there is my colleague pushing me saying we should go for it. and I'm stuck in the middle not knowing what to do.
