Busy installing VS7 on my new PC, which so far seems to be running fairly happily :) (Only crashed XP once, and that seems to be a driver problem I haven't managed to recreate!).
You found anything to do yet?

Oh, wait, I get it...
:rolleyes::)
It's just quotes from different famous welsh people, mostly nationalistic quotes. I won't translate them, in case it upsets SOMEBODY again  don't know why it would, but I'm sick of arguing because someone has a problem with me being a nationalist
first is about how rugby is what represents us to the rest of the world,or something like that, the second is how famous welsh people have shaped our society. NOTHING anti english in it, so hand over the dosh to blade :p
Well, someone's probably jealous because someone's idea of showing national pride was stealing shoes from Canadian tourists, but that's just a theory.
Thanks, its just what I've always wanted :pQuote:

Canadian tourists? Shoes? Please explain
not at all, I have a problem with the way you convey itQuote:

It's not nationalism, it's just bloody rude and uncalled for
I'm not completely sure myself, but I did hear some muttering along the lines of "Let's see how you like the ice now, you bastards"
I dunno
:)
What do you mean? I don't ever recall being rude, if I ever was, I didn't meean it. Please let me know when I seemed rude, and I'll apologise for it.
Lol :DQuote:

Hey, Chris, can we just stop arguing about this please, I'm really sorry, if i'vesaid or done anything to offend you, I didn't mean to. I'm sick of all this bickering, you're really cool guy, and I don't wanna fight with you, can we be friends now, please?
So? everyone's "proud" of where they come from. Do you think you're the only one?Quote:
Location: Wales, AND PROUD OF IT!!!!
You'd rather support a side you've never heard of that one from your own country. You say you're a nationalist, prove it by supporting the whole country, not just your little provinceQuote:
I only support 2 rugby teams! Wales; and everyone who England plays against!
Pathetic, wholly pathetic.Quote:
As long as we beat the english, we don't care" -- Stereophonics
What you said a couple of days ago (you know, that little incident when you accused me of being racist), I wonder if you read my reply. I don't notice you dissing anybody else, so that makes me think "hmm, this kid has something against us for no good reason and she calls me a racist...interesting"
I don't enjoy fighting anybody, and i don't think I'm arguing with you; I'm just saying how it is.Quote:

Of course we can, and you know what to do about it.
Nope, I know almost everyone is prod of where they come from, I just like to make sure everyone knows ;)
"I only support 2 rugby teams! Wales; and everyone who England plays against!"
Was meant to be a joke, if I was serious, there wouldn't be smilies after it.
"As long as we beat the english, we don't care" -- Stereophonics" It's just a song extract, don't be so uptight
OK, I admit, I beear a grudge against the english government, for a few reasons, eg in 1583, it was illegal to speak welsh in wales, in the 1800s young children were caned for speaking the only language they knew.
Butthat doesn't mean that I don't like the english people, eg, look at yourself, you're a really funny, friendly guy. I like you (even though we argue now and again) it's hard not to like all of you.
Nope, I don't, lol. It's 3 in the morning, and I'm half asleep, tell me straight, or give up onme ;)Quote:

Perhaps, but smilies are often used to "cover-up" or to help smooth over what is basically not good. It has happened a lot round here before and I'm just erring on the side of caution as it were.
It's a song extract, true enough...so...why chose that particular lyric?
Okay, fair play, those were pretty low acts. but one was almost 500 years ago!!! I think there's a good chance that anybody associated with that decision is 6 feet under by now (probably further since the south of england is sinking at the rate of 1cm a year or something like that). What about the things they have done for you...the assembly for starters
well I'll leave you to ponder it because it's actually 4:15 :eek:Quote:

zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Why do you people stay up so late?
Plaid? They're just a bunch of pillocks, pardon the expression.
Even if Plaid did get control over Wales, we wouldn't get that far, because they'd be fighting oer who gets what position, or whatever. But it was a nice try :)
I chose that song, cos we've got to learn a load of those qoutes for our Welsh exam, so I thought I'd put a few where I'd see them every day. I hate the welsh exam! It's all learning work! They're not actually testing you on anything anyway. Learn 7 essays, and a speech, and the grammer rules. I'll take the stereophonics quote and the top one out, if it'll make you happy :)
Insomniacs. Or Maniacs. One or the both ;)
