It means that there is one more station available for you to stand in line and have them check your bags and badges so the line moves quicker. Also they set it up outside of my building instead of a mile away so once I'm through the line I just walk in instead of having to hike!!!!!!!! Not quite back to the way it was before 9/11 but at least a little closer!!!

I might have just done the single most stupid thing I have ever done. an Agent rang me about 1/2 an hour ago and was asking me about a role he's got that starts on Monday. 6 month contract only one other person interviewing.
I turned it down ...............

It's a little bit more complicate than that katie. as you know by now I'm technically unemployed on saturday as that is when my two year fixed employment contract runs out, so I could have quite easily gone for that attractive role and stoood a rather good chance of getting it from what the agent said (although, believing an agent is like selling your soul to the devil ;)). But the thing is the project that I'm on still isn't finished and with all the troubles that the client has had getting this thing done and If I just uptailed and left My consience would go into absolute over drive. I just some times wish I had a little bit more "Arrogant bastard" in me (ooh err, I wonder if this line can be miss-quoted ;))
I've just spoken to one of my good mates at work who is quite high up and he has said that although a few more P45's (a goverment tax notification of how much you've paid, only issued when you move between employers) mine wasn't in it. so I take it that my boss still wants me to stay on and hopefully all will be revealed for the better on saturday :)
Just remember "no teeth" on Saturday and you'll be fine! ;)

the worse thing is that I've just turned down an offer that could have cleared all my debts in two months (all though there not that great) and then be seriously well off for the next 6 months. but as I said, my Conscience just won't allow me to do it at the moment. :confused:
