Oh you underestimate liberal corporate media. Truth is the last thing they're concerned with. They literally invent fictitious realities whenever it suits them. They're gonna have half the population believing it was Trump's fault.

Lol.
Actually I'm to the point on somewhat Nigel farage did. I've elected Trump and now I'm just standing back enjoying the view. :p
If liberal corporate media as you say want to do something they must act fast tho. Let Ukraine (aka NATO) launch a full attack with the top of the notch missiles. Time is ticking...
When I look at this development all I can think is thank God Trump won. If this is the kind of move they're making, a Harris presidency would have surely ushered in WW3.
Sappy, I've never understood why you feel that we must let Russia do whatever it wants to whoever it wants. They invaded Ukraine, not the other way around. They are bombing nearly indiscriminately, not Ukraine. If WW III were to start, is it because we didn't insist that everybody surrender?
With Fox News host Pete Hegseth as defense secretary everything will be fine. Trump will stop the Ukraine war war in twenty-four hours like he campaigned on and Pete will secure the world. Rest easy
If you feel anxious TV star Dr. Oz will be running Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and he probably still has some cures from his TV show for the nation.
Russia was responding to NATO expansion and threat of future aggression. They were doing the only thing possible to secure their western borders, and soon they won't have the population or resources to mount such an effort.
That doesn't justify their actions, but it helps explain their motivations. Most of it boils down to geography and threats to them.
But I'm not sure how much the Trump Administration will be able to do here. Cool things down? Maybe a little. Withdraw money, arms, technical assistance, etc. from the Ukraine War Machine? Well, a lot of that is going into a few big pockets anyway. Exit from NATO and make Europe start wiping its own bottom for the first time since they started WW I?
I don't know how much of that is practical, much less possible to get enough support at home to make it happen.
Russia is just too tempting of a ripe plum from a fuel resources standpoint. Europe is on the one hand too overpopulated, yet on the other risks falling back to the middle ages without a large population to keep their post-colonization global resource exploitation and finished goods consumption cycle running. Even as it is they only get by because we guarantee them access to our domestic markets and police the seas to make those exports possible.
If Trump exits from NATO it will be the most peaceful, world acclaimed thing he ever pulled.
I don't think it will happen tho.
This is ludicrous. There is no possible benefit for anyone if the major cities of the world are reduced to rubble and radioactive wastelands and tens of millions of people are killed.Quote:
This isn't about Biden, it's about sabotaging Trump. I don't think most people grasp how truly evil the left is. It means nothing for them to start WW3 just to give Trump a harder time.
The left will have no problem finding things to "give Trump a hard time" about.
Protect against what aggression? I don't remember Ukraine ever threating the Russia border. I don't remember NATO ever crossing the Russian border.Quote:
They were doing the only thing possible to secure their western borders
Europe doesn't need Russian fuel but China is definitely enjoying buying their fuel on the cheap.
Well, congress is safe now. lol

Ye you really debunked us all , good job. lol
I wonder if you realize how ignorant you sound like.
I guess not.
If you want , anyone wants to continue this, please in the Ukraine war thread. Here we just mock the leftish :P
It was not an insult , I said you sound like not you are. You keep getting most of my answers as insults, maybe lighten up a bit?Or my English are not top notch so maybe me polish them up some...Which I won't do. Lol.
Aaand I think I would stay out of this, there is lots and lots of pages in the Ukraine thread you might wanna investigate there.
Again here we mock fallen leftish foolishly thought they will win the elections.
Your logic is interesting. It's like saying "I said you look ugly, not that you ARE ugly". lolQuote:

I guess it's good to have a hobby.Quote:

The fact that this even needs to be explained is a testament to the power of the mainstream propaganda machine. A lot of people really believe that Russia is the "bad guy" in this when in reality they have been disrespected over and over and over again. How much were they supposed to take before putting their foot down?
That's the stuff!
I totally disagree with this. We have established a "female bath Wednesdays" that we wore wigs and storming the women bathrooms and now it's over!
Funny left boys still don't seem to get that the party is over. Well, they eventually will. ;)
Also, also, I forgot that.
Trump will not acknowledge, by law, any other gender than male and female, so the bathroom argument will seize to exist. Woke boys woke boys what you gonna do?
So why does the existence of transgender people, and the idea of treating them with dignity and respect, bother you so much? Does it honestly hurt you this much that a person biologically of one gender might find life that way a constant struggle, and gender reassignment will improve their life?
For me, this is the absolute crucial question. I've said before that I think there is room for a debate around bathrooms/safe spaces etc but only if that debate is held in good faith with a genuine desire to reach an accommodation that is liveable for both sides. But while there is a cadre of people who want to adopt a debate for the purpose of massaging their own ego, that debate cannot happen in good faith and people will continue to suffer.Quote:
So why does the existence of transgender people, and the idea of treating them with dignity and respect, bother you so much?
Or a more succinct answer: because cruelty and kicking down makes weak people feel stronger.
1. NATO is a voluntary organisation.Quote:
Russia was responding to NATO expansion and threat of future aggression.
2. NATO is a defensive organisation which has no remit to conduct aggressive action.
3. National Sovereignty allows all Nations to make their own decisions regarding foreign policy.
4. Ukraine had explicitly been refused entry to NATO with no path to entry.
I don't mind the existence. Where did I wrote that?
What law he does not acknowledge? The one that will be passed will be the law and all will acknowledge it.
1. NATO is a voluntary organisation. LOL
2. NATO is a defensive organisation which has no remit to conduct aggressive action. MEGA LOL
3. National Sovereignty allows all Nations to make their own decisions regarding foreign policy. LOL
4. Ukraine had explicitly been refused entry to NATO with no path to entry. Ye because of the war. That is what started it, or OK to be on your turf that was what Russia claimed to start it.
So I am assuming you have reliable evidence to support your claims? When did NATO invade a country or force another country to join?
When did NATO last commit an aggressive act?
National sovereignty is exactly what was stated, what evidence do you have to the contrary?
Will it really change your or any leftish mind what I write? Hmm?
So, no I have no reliable evidence and NATO is a peace loving flower war organization.
A convincing argument with facts would, but funnily enough "lol" and "mega lol" aren't really convincing me...
Then again I suppose without any actual facts to back up your unsubstantiated claims it is just easier to pretend I wouldn't be swayed by your arguments.
Would your right-wing mind be changed by any arguments I could present, even if the facts backed up my claims?
It goes further than I thought:
The measure/bill appears to extend to the District’s libraries, recreation centers and, potentially, D.C. Public Schools, which educates half the children in the city and has been at the forefront of advocacy for LGBTQ+ students.
Read the the Ukraine thread. This is the last time I write this and no I don't have nor the time or mood to persuade a leftish.
Also I'm not rightish not leftish, I'm a patriot but that would start another argument I have no mood to get into so, whatever. Mega Lol.
Why do you call PD a "leftish", (I guess that's the same as a Leftist).Quote:
This is the last time I write this and no I don't have nor the time or mood to persuade a leftish.
Because he thinks that Russia had no justification to invade Ukraine.
Because he thinks transgender people should have equality under the law.
I also agree with FD. To whom are we referring to?
...
So today I've been called rightish, Trump supporter (aka fascists) , trans phobic, insulting, anti NATO manger and US enemy.
But that is the least of the price to pay seen the hive going down in flames and reduced to a rabbit hole and I love it!
Keep it up.
That's terrible, let's see what people have called you today. Searching, searching, .....
This is all I could find,
Hmm, only could find 1 out of the 6 things you claim.Quote:
Would your right-wing mind be changed by any arguments I could present, even if the facts backed up my claims?
Also, couldn't find any answers from you to the questions you were asked.
They certainly were disrespected again and again, but they put their foot down in a different country. Even if you feel they were right to do so, that other country does have the right to fight back. You might say (and might have already said) that the US is facilitating them fighting back. That would be true. So what? At worst, it makes it a proxy war, just like has been fought by numerous countries, including Russia. Furthermore, it is the Ukrainians who are doing the fighting and, slightly less of, the dying. They've come up with loads of innovations, which other countries are watching closely.
Russia has lost. We just don't know the dimensions of that loss, yet, but we do know some of them. No matter what the outcome is in Ukraine, Russia has gained a long border with NATO, has been exposed as being largely incompetent, has done serious damage to their own economy (though exactly what shape that will take depends on how things turn out), and has changed the face of warfare forever.
That last one has yet to be realized, but it will be. They've shown how cheap drones can make effective, and powerful, weapons. Hardly surprising, of course, so it was really a matter of who would put it in practice first, but now that it's out there, where will it show up next?
It does feel like we've been through it before, but it doesn't feel answered.
I went looking for a cartoon from the Soviet invasion of Finland back in the Winter War (which didn't have the Winter Soldier, as far as I know). I found this one from the start of this thread, which is not the one I was thinking of. I remember one where a large Stalin (representing the USSR) had grabbed a petite woman (representing Finland) and was accusing her of attacking him.
In other words, attacking Ukraine on the pretext of being threatened, is business as usual for them. I've always thought that Greece would be more likely to empathize with Ukraine, considering that Greece seems to have been attacked on similar grounds in the past.
Greece is with Russia on people side and with Ukraine on traitor politicians side, so we cover both ground :p
The cartoon is nice, although 1940 has nothing to do with today.
Look, people here ( I was bored to explain again) already stated one side and the other side arguments , the point is that Biden before leaving, let the use of long range warheads that was not allowed before. Out of the blue.
Of course you (plural) would find 100 argument saying Biden had all the rights in the world to do so and blah blah blah. So that is pointless and I won't participate. What I participle is the thread meaning. So I would laugh and make fun of the WOKErs because we put up with them for 4 years and now it's over. They cry like babies they try to pass us for , trans phobic, they are suddenly insulted they call us fascists but that is their last dying burp and that is what it is and I really enjoy it.
Oh a dedication for the Hive...Excuse me , former Hive now Rabbit hole

Not out of the blue. Allies have been arguing for allowing that for a long time. Lots of US military leaders were arguing for that. The timing is interesting, but I thought that the move was going to happen two or three months ago, just based on what I was hearing. I was pretty certain that it WOULD happen. There may be a political reason for the timing, but it also may not be the political reason that you are thinking about. People talk about it being a poison pill for Trump, but it may also be a recognition that it was now or never. Biden was getting pressured to do that, both internally and externally. He clearly has misgivings, but he also realized that this was it.
Wow, when you post something people listen.
I had never heard of that word. Now the press has latched on to it.

That picture is pretty funny.
People have had their limit of the crap:
Enraged voters pack meeting on illegal vote counting in PA Senate race: 'Resign today!'

Clearly Biden administrator was Kakistocracy
Trump administration seems to be kalistocracy
"Australian lexicographer Peter Bowler has noted that there is no word for the opposite, a government run by the best citizens,[a] but that aristarchy may be the correct term for that. "
Ye I should mail him.
(it's over. Face it and do some Yoga)
In politics, nothing is over. Politics is the froth of ideas that surges one way then the other on the boiling mix of society.
If it would make you feel better, you are correct (also since you reply to parenthesis you should have used parenthesis ) .

Edit. I was hopping on a pat in the back for teaching that lexicographer how to be a lexicographer
I'm sure you gave yourself a pat, admit it.

I did not!!!!
OK now I did, good advice
I had to try it, too. I wanted to see what hurt when I did that. It was my shoulder, though only slightly. Not bad at all, really.
Why who and how did you blur the playboy?
Have a great weekend and God bless America.
