Sorry I've been quiet all day. Finally got the cast of my arm, so had a nice long bath and a good all scratch (at the arm). The muscles a bit wasted so I'm building it back up by drinking lots of pints. In a while I'm going to have my first shave in 6 weeks (get rid of beard) then soak in the hot-tub.
