i have been depressed before, but i find listening to music often cheers me up, try out led zeppelin "kashmir", rage against the machine "down rodeo" j-lo & ja rule "im real (remix)" mos def "ms fat booty" or de la soul & redman "oooh"

they are all class songs and cheer me up every time :D

and i dont EVER drink my problems away, im a muslim so i dont drink :)

Man, I'd get depressed about not being able to drink!

Try some good old fashioned shaggin'. Thats bound to put a smile on yer face :D
