I'm great too! I wasn't feeling too good earlier today(was thinking about some stuff that happened a while ago involving a certain person, and well, just :(), but I exercised and took a shower, and that made me feel much better :)

that's alright Nic, I only ocassionally do door work to help out a friend and it's normally quite a funny evening with hardly ever any trouble :)

Well I don't usually have a shower afterwards, but going mad on an exercise bike for 30 mins then doing a myriad of arm exercises isn't my idea of fun.Quote:
