It doesn't cause brain damage(I have read this from many different sources), and less people(according to the URL I just posted, 0) have died from it than tobacco...

There are no known health problems caused by marijuana except the fact that it can mess up your lungs, but if you don't smoke it(There are other methods of using it..) you won't have that problem....
