Good morning stacey :) things are good. Had an absolutley georgous day up here in london yesterday. was very hot and very sunny and met up with ranj for an after work pint :) shame it's gone back to cloudy today.
My work situation looks like it has beeen resolved on the short term period so all in all Life is good :cool: how's tricks up in birmingham, started looking for the new job ?

It was gorgeous yesterday - I went home ill at 1 o'clock :eek: :D
I've got an interview this Friday (9am) so fingers-crossed. When I started here, my boss David left after about a month (something I said?) to work at this place... Flustor had an interview there a few weeks ago and starts at the beginning of May... now I have an interview there... with a bit of luck, it will be the old team again, just at a different company. It would be great to work with Flustor and David again :cool:
So whats happening with your job, you were going to make them some kind of an offer weren't you? Did they accept it?

the way things have turned out is that they have agreed to pay my colleague and I a set amout each month untill september as free lance consultants. although that figure isn't huge but it only covers for general admin of the system as it stands at the moment. but on top of that we will be able to bill them for all the extra work that they wan't doing :). so as I short term thing it does look very good and if things don't follow on from september then hopefully I will be able to find employment elsewhere :)
Cool, that gives you plenty of time to start looking round for other jobs anyway, even if you decide to stay there in the end.
I hope I do get this job 'coz I really don't want to be unemployed. I don't want to end up regretting leaving this job, because I know I've done the right thing... and to walk straight into another job would be cool.
Well, its a bit cloudy and miserable today... might see if I can manage a full day at work today :)
I know what you mean about the un-employed part. ever since I've left school I have always had a job and never been out of work and thought of it scares me to be honest :(
