We had 103-108 across all parts of LA yesterday. We had a cooler day today of 93 degrees :D But Monday its going
back up well over 100+ again. Its been like this all freaking week. :(

I don't know. August isn't very well known for anything, but that isn't stopping me. Someone mentioned fire avatars.
Like I said, I'll do everyones as long as it is a standard thing for everyone (like adding snow ;)). I know my way around my animation program really well now. If we don't do a standard thing, then it will be a theme (jungle avatars? :)) in which case I can't do much to help.

BTW - I put you in charge of finding the gif that I add to everyones avatar.
We can make Wonkabar avatars, or candy canes, cotton candy, lolly pops, Veruca, Violet, Charlie, Willy Wonka, Oompa Loompas....the possibilities are endless.
I'm cool with that as long as no one else has any suggestions and as long as you are willing to help make/find the templates.

I like the invert color idea, its easy to apply, but I think we need something a little more. Like a VBF Badge or Hat or... or something else we can put in everyones.

Too late. It's only gonna last a day before he has to wait till November. So what trends are we gonna do for August? I already have a whole crapload of avatar Cubes for people who want 3D cubes from back in March in case we are gonna go with that. Some people want it to rotate though. I can handle that :)

Yes, give me a zip file that contains a lot of peoples old avatars.
Here's my program that allows you to construct your 3D avatars. You change your avatar filepath over in the "Create_Polygons" sub in this line:

Use the arrow keys to position your avatar, press Enter to enable or disable lighting, press the space bar to have 36 snapshots taken of the whole cube, F12 to take one snapshot at a time, and Esc to quit. Best when in Fullscreen Mode though. ;)
