I had the same reaction, Arbiter. EVERYONE knows that Hitler had returned to Australia that year to be with relatives. When he returned to Germany, Poland and France were already occupied by Germany. He had nothing to do with it. It's funny that we have all these history "experts" completely contorting the facts.

Of course not, just as no thought was given to post-war Afghanistan, which is now in total anarchy, and the allied troops keeping Kabul in a state fit for CNN are gonna pull out. Americans and the rest of the western world don't care about Iraqi people. They only care about what's on their TV. Once the TV coverage stops, or if it never starts, as was the case with the Afghanistan invasion (US Government ordered no disparaging coverage was to go to air over that conflict).

It's a joke that so many people are jumping on the 'liberate Iraqis' bandwagon, when for 12 years no one much has given two hoots, and in Australia for example we only just went through a big 'send the refugees home' thing. The US will do a half-arsed job of rebuilding, long enough for the public to forget that their government had just murdered thousands of people, and those who avoided the bombs and guns were now living in poverty.

If these people really gave a **** about saving the oppressed, they'd have been just as vocal about helping Australia in East Timor, or helping Zimbabwe now.

Well, they could easily sell these to Canada, Mexico or Madagasca, and then they would be within striking distance of the USA. Hitler's family tree can be traced back to Scotland where his great grandfather was sent to a big island miles away because he had a w**k in public; and was thus deemed criminal.

When Hitler continued the family tradition like his forebears the islanders booted him out so he went to Germany where w**nking is still OK even to this day; especially in matters of European superstate issues.
