i'm slmost starting to get worried as I'm normally quite resiliant to bugs and get hit about once or twice a year. I seem to pick up everything that is going around at the moment. oh well, got a day of work yesterday becuase of it, came home early after the meeting and as this weekend is easter weekend, we get friday and monday off of work :D so it's not all that bad :)
I don't get any days off but the kids get a week and Tom gets two weeks. Tom needs a rest though so I don't feel too badly about it......I still wish I could stay home with him though.
yeah, it is always nice to spend time with Loved one's. Looking on the good side though, you americans get a hell of alot more public holidays than we do over here :) :(

The average person in the uk works about 42 hours a week although the government is trying to clamp it down to 37.5. It's always been a long standing grumle over here that the UK is more overworked than the rest of europe.

Maybe what I read was referring to Europe not you....we have a standard 40 hr work week but it quite often runs much more than that.
