No - its never too early (or too late for that matter)

it's never too early.

1) If we want to get religious here, one shoud consider that god would not have put beer on the planet, or would have altered the government to block the purchasing of beer at a certain time of the day.
He / she would also not have got us into drinking either - think of how many glasses of wine Jesus created & passes around in the bible, therefore drink cannot be a sin, and you should be considered a good Christian if you drink at any time of the day.

2) Scientifically speaking, I'm not too sure how, but alcohol un-clouds the mind of worry and stress, and puts us into good moods. Thinking about this more, this less worry would give the brain more space / time to think of other issues like work, and since the body feels more relaxed rather than stressed, people would want to work more and have more enthusiasm when working. I think we should all encourage bosses to hand out free beer to keep us to optimum efficiency / working levels :D Who's with me on this one?
