One of the developers is running around doing anything except what he is meant to.....
....I can relate to this, but then he's moaning loudly to the rest of the team that he doesn't have anything to do, while they're all busy working and he doesn't bother doing any of the work I assign him.... ggggrrrr

Excuse me? But don't we pay you f****ng money to read these "boring" work type e-mails. (As an aside, the e-mail was a whole page long).
This all came to light because one of the seniors complained to me that he was playing games on his computer all day while the rest of them were working like slaves.
Unfortunately this team is located in another city from me, but I might fly out next week to personally kick the ******s arse around the office.
What really bugs me is that we are on a tight schedule, and everyone else is working really hard to get the project in on time, and we are under threat of having the project cancelled. It must be sickening for the other developers.
Okay, rant over. I'm happier now :)
