so so, i've spent the day wallpapering...not fun! I think the low point was when I got annoyed with the ladder which was in my way, so picked it up and slammed it elsewhere. Unfortunately, I had forgotten about the carefully balanced bucket of paste that was on top of it...down it came and landed upside down...that's right...on my head.
