The difference here is that I didn't ask ChatGPT to make the argument. I wrote the post myself and asked ChatGPT to "translate" it. Every thought expressed was my own.
The thing you have to understand, in non-technical discussions, it is very difficult for me to discuss "informal" issues of culture and politics without the use of metaphors, hyperbole etc. The truth is English isn't really my first language. I actually speak an "English patois" characterized by heavy use of abbreviations, hyperbole, metaphors and other colourful language so I attempt to write in a more formal tone, it bleeds through. My use of colourful language confuses some of you, and as a result you focus on all the wrong things when I post something. It's really annoying to be honest.
I think people would be insane to NOT do this. Everyone is so hung up on whether AI can write code that a lot of people forget that it already has God-like command of the written word. Since ChatGPT became a thing, I have stopped writing resumes, cover letters, eulogies etc. It makes no sense struggling for an hour trying to refine the words of such documents when I could do it in a few minutes with a conversation with an LLM.Quote:

I don't mind the press calling Trump out on his false claims or his illegal actions but I don't like this. Walking back the tariffs was the right thing to do.
