I've been looking for an artist or title on this song for awhile. I've had people in Napster chats tell me they also have heard the song, but don't know who sings it or the name of it.
I think it's an 80's tune. It reminds me of the band Toad the Wet Sprocket. It's been a really long time since I've heard it and I can barely remember the lyrics.
I think it starts out like...

They also mention "April 4th" in the song, even though I think Earth Day is really Apr 22.

that is the time that had the best music....... some of the alternative rock music(90s, 0s, 1s) is really cool... but I absolutely hate rap.....
eminen SUCKS, kidrock is good, and limp bizkit isn't too bad, but I wouldn't voluntarily buy a CD...
I meant oldie as in older than 90% of the other songs mentioned here which are mainly focused at 80-90's.

Nope, mine works on all platforms, I have tried it at home on win 2K, & work on NT4 SP6.
I ordered the cd at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/nextgen/beta.asp. There are 4 cd's in total, including a 120 day trial SQL Server 2000. I don't have a $3000 MSDN subscription, so cannopt download it now (although I thought you didn't need this when I was looking at downloading a month ago, whether they changed this, or I have my facts wrong I don't know.
The cd's cost $15 to be shipped to me, well worth it. As it's a Beta version though, I can't create an exe & it doesn't come with a P&D wizard type program, it gives me a head start in learning to code in it though.
i like rock. my fav bands r LiMp BiZkIt, KoRn, Off Spring, Blink 182, POD, Green Day, and PaPa Rouch. i like some other but these r the main ones i listen too. and i dont buy cds. i got napster :), and a cd burner. i got over 300 mp3's.
since we'er talking about music, i think that WMP7(Windows Media Player 7) is the best media player. right now im makeing my own media player, and it sound's really good, i think even better then wmp7, but every programer will say thier program is the best.
I like Green Day, offspring, metallica, acdc, etc ,etc etc etc....

i read the thing on vb 7, and since i hope to be putting my program on the web, i dont want to reprogram it. if ur board or something u should get it, but whats the poit if, as usal, thiers so meny errors in the program. im going to wait till the real version comes out, i can get it for free cause my parents work at computer places and know alot of programers who like me.
metallica sux!!! i heard they sewed a small comany in France that made chairs called metallica. for useing the name metallica. + thier music sux, they too gready. and they think thier teens but thier in thier 50's (i think). since they have stoped thier music from being put on napster what makes them think some kid like me wouldn't but up a web site where users can down load thier music. on one is ever going to stop down loads of something on the net, not even the gov. so metallica should shut up!
***? Metallica are greedy, I agree with you, and I think their actions are greedy and needless, but their music does not suck. Just because the people suck doesn't mean the music sucks. Metallica were one of the original thrash metal bands and have written some fantastic music in their prime (which IMO was Master of Puppets). I don't honestly know how old they are, but I really doubt they're in their fifties. Fourties maybe. Most new Metallica music is below par, but their older works are top quality.
I'm not a big Limp Bizkit fan myself. Fred Durst is a complete tit. I don't know about any of the other band members. Some of the music is okay (not a lot of it) and I don't care what Durst is like when it comes to the music quality, good music is good music, and bad music is bad music. The artist(s) don't matter.
Besides, if you're ripping off their music then what's so unreasonable about bands getting pissed off at you? Sure, rip them off if you like, doesn't bother me, but don't complain when they object. Now, having Napster shut down or making it charge for access - THAT pisses me off.
Personally I have... well.. a LOT of MP3s, and the ones I like a lot, I buy the album they're on. The music industry doesn't lose any money from me, because I like original CDs, and I buy the music if I like it.

my parents think that just cause i stay inside program, play music, and play games that im turning into some eval person, or i have no socal life. yes i have few friends that i c all the time, in real life, but i have alot of friends on-line that i have neaver met. thier a hell of alot better then "real" friends. they think that cause some of my music talks about killing and rape, ect that im going to turn into that. how would i? im a computer neard.

Cos I have a great social life outside home - friends @ school, I go out a lot, plenty of flirting, normal stuff. And when it comes down to it, if there's something more important, the PC just gets ignored :)
