Generally speaking, if you have anything more than simple code in a Property Get, that's bad code. If you don't agree, then you don't what you are doing.
Now thats were we differ. On the web it's easy for people to misconstrue what mood you are in (hence the smilies etc.). To me, all of these statements come across as incredibly arrogant, and I'm sure others think the same way. You're statement was that you always re-write functions and never use the VB one's. Again if you worked for me I would sack you for wasting time. Most of the VB functions work fine. Do you rewrite Instr or Split or Int.... if you don't then you're original statement is bollocks, if you do then you are in a sorry state!
