Yip. I liked the youtube ones for Linux though, where Linux is the hot lassie.... :)
I am looking forward to playing with Server 2008. It looks like it'll be good.

FINALLY! I get some recognition :lol:
I can't even install SP1. It hangs when updating after the restart.
Well, it doesn't finish updating anyway, and I've left it for a couple of hours.

Sure, spoil it for me now and tell everyone! :p :D
Zaza is doing it wrong too!
BSODs are usually caused by hardware instability.
BSODs get bad press. They should display and elephant flapping its ears instead and play: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhEXY...eature=related
I think the Vonage V Phone is the culprit. Ever since I plugged it into that since I have been having issues. Dumb Vonage programmers and their dumb work arounds.Quote:

And speaking of vista is evil, since when is it not possible to boot from a dynamic partition if it is the boot partition? I did this quite easily in xp but as soon as that drive was made dynamic in vista, it no longer was able to boot.
I've given up on Windows entirely... for now.
I like HP, ive had a laptop for 2 years, no problems...Quote:

You can't judge them by their printers. Their printers are horribly designed and much more complicated than they need to be (as well as microscopic cartridges). My current replacement motherboard i am using at this time (thanks to a bad bios flash) is an HP, and it's running as fast as the ASUS board i was using did.
It is unfortunate that this happened to HP. I remember growing up we had a HP LazerJet 5P. One of the best printers for it's time...
Vista = god :D
laser jets are good. my dad's got one. I use a brother though. It's black and white but we print a lof of black and white. It was a display model all-in-one. Only paid $60.

Alot of manufacturers do that nowadays. EG: My MSI ATI 2600 XT. You can't install drivers without installing Catalyst Control Center. Strangely enough, this requires .NET Framework (v. 1 I think...) which is not installed. Now, every time my machine boots up, it hangs for around 20 seconds before telling me that I need a .NET Framework. :rolleyes: I'm just too lazy to uninstall the app. :afrog:Quote:
