hmm, me too, after complaining about £8.49...
Don't feel bad. We took a chance and completely screwed ourselves. It's nobodys fault but ours. Anyway, I would pay four times that much if I had to to have Tom around!
okey dokey, will move on to more happy things like fluffy white bunnies playing in a field, unfortunatley
it's a mine field BOOM
rabbit stew
;)
stewed rabbits?
mmm, meaty goodness!! ;)
you never had rabbit stew, dammit woman, you haven't lived ;)
stew is basically meat and vegetables all cooked in a watery gravy. :)
I've only had deer stew, and fried rabbit..... never rabbit stew :(
I just read what happened Katie... I am sorry... :(
Mmmmmmmmmm Stew... :) :p

It's Throwing Copper by Live....... that album kicks ass!
Hey all!
Katie - that sounds a bit nasty :(
My grandmother could make a stew that would send you to heaven....just never had rabbit.
Sometimes things turn out that way! We are just very fortunate that they will work out payments with us.Quote:

It is definitely not the most important thing right now. Tom is much more important than money! I do think that worrying about the bill isn't helping Tom's disposition though. I just joke about it so he won't dwell on it!
We always seem to live a charmed life and it finally caught up with us. We are still happier than 90% of the people I know in spite of it all. As soon as Tom is okayed for flight we'll be even happier!;)
Does the stew have any mushrooms in? ;)
Yeah, he's more important than money, but it's probably not too good to have yet another strain on his heart :(
PS: You coping with living in a no-fly zone? :)
katie, sorry about the stupidity post, just with cross atlantic conversations you can never be sure :)
Mike - hiya mate :p
Dennis - Live aren't big at all over here ( don't actually think they have released anything), but a mate i used to know who came from south africa and was a big fan. quite liked what I heard :)
Santa - I have been a good boy, honest ;)
Coping, yes. Not thrilled but definitely coping!!!!!;)Quote:

Oops! Miserable luck. I bet giving bills like that creates a lot of repeat business for heart doctors too :(Quote:

So..long story short. We had no insurance and are 100% responsible for the full amount.:( :(
btw...we haven't recieved the bill for the surgeons who did the angioplasties yet. Two surgeries, two surgeons each........I hate to think what that bill will amount too.:(
Your employers might have some scheme to help you out in these circ though. I'm pretty sure they have over here for MoD internal contractors to stop them handing JSF microfilms to veiled ladies in times of dire need or whatever:rolleyes:
. . . otherwise I guess you will have to trade in the Suburban for a 1979 Honda Civic ;) and take your children out of college and send them down the salt mines or something (good for the character you know ;))
- you've still got Tom and the kids - and a flight recovery plan I guess - so you're still living a charmed life;)Quote:

except . . .
I imagine you having to wear long frumpy dresses and crimpoline trouser (pants) suits to to keep Tom's heatbeat at a staid level ;)
LOL, Kzin! We will get along fine one way or the other. :)
this race is boring
:P
:D
evening all
Parksie - (from a while back) the symbol (see left) is a mosh hand signal. It means "awaken the devil" the first and forth fingers being horns.
Katie- take a guess what my sig means.
It's a service for designated drunks to call and get designated drivers.
or.............
If you are well driven (as in "bend over darling and I'll drive you home)....call this number to join a stud service.;)
LOL :DQuote:

Ric - so you're a mosher then :)

Driven as in motivated.
I like my definitions better, Ric;) :p :D
Why is no one in the word association anymore?
only me :)
I'm in here too! How's Ian this fine afternoon?
not to bad, happy :) but I could grumble with BT. I pay £10 a month for my interet conenction, which gives me free evenign and weekend calls. the bad thing is that I can' currently connect through there free line, so i'm paying at the moment.
apart from that I'm my usual happy self, specially considering i;ve had a few bacardi breezer's ;)
mmmmmmmm...Rum....yum, yum, yum!:)
I only drink em when it is redicously hot like now, as they are quite refreshing. pinapple is my fav flavour :)
I only drink them when it's above 70 degrees myself.....which is almost always.;)
haven't been out on a big session for a little while now, might have to change that this saturday :)
