I might be willing to relocate, yes. But I am not a programmer, I am a Web / Graphic Designer..... Would that be a problem?
The base is exempt from the outages so far. Other compensation could be negotiated perhaps. ;-)
We have quite a few Canadians working with us and several Brits on base at the Test Pilot School so I imagine green cards aren't a huge problem.
