Ok I just tried to rep another OP in another CodeBank thread and got the same message. I would stake a guess here that it would happen should I try to rep any OP in the CodeBank.

Ok now I'm really confused. I was able to rep this OP in the CodeBank. I'm almost certain this is a bug of some sort now.
