Don't use apps.exe - it's an older version.
Everything you need is in the gamedev - you need download nothing else.
1600*1200 will be added if there's a demand for it.
I'll look forward to your comments this evening. :)

Dual moni..... You cheeky git.
1600*1200 is doable, but you'll need a fast machine to run it.
What framerate's are you getting btw (and on what machine)

Thursday nights, Oldham College, 17 weeks, £103.
Instruction in HTML, DreamWeaver and some of those other things you tend to go on about firebox or fireworks or summat.

Sounds like fun. I could do with a relevant qualification following my course
Well, if you've got £103 free then join in! We start this thursday...
Right dude,
The plan is to meet at Oldham college at 17:40 this evening. My advice to you would be to get there a little earlier to enrol first. The course is web design starting this evening and lasting for 17 weeks. The cost is £103 + £5 enrollment fee.
I've also left you a voicemail confirming this.
I have a meeting today with the programme leader for IT at OBMS as I'm looking to do a part time HNC in Business IT. The course started in September, so I'm looking to join part way through.
If you have any queries about the above then give me a call.
Ciaó for now... :)
sorry for cutting you off, was busy on another call. Yeah, I'll get there early and sort stuff out. So its, £108...the week before payday . Thank God for overdrafts...
If I'm there when you come to pay, I can put it on my credit card and you can give it me when you get paid.
You know, there's another, more advanced course available...
Look up the college prospectus (www.oldham.ac.uk I think.)
Yeah, but a "college certificate" is gonna be worthless compared to a C&G.
I'm also interested in the introduction to VB course...I might give it a look...
It's only a City and Guild module - it's not a diploma or anything...
My colleague Sue has started the VB course - I think it began on Monday.
I'd rather do them concurrently than consecutively. I'll check it out when I finish this one.
*wrong way round...
Arbiter,
Do you want me to start on the map (senorior? I know this is sucky spelling, but I don't feel like opening word to fix it.) editor again? I have been getting bored (plus my post count hasn't gone up fast enough) latetly. As long as we don't start doing a lot of programming on the Zelda3 project (and I get the needed information from you), I may acculaly complete it this time. If you do, I will need to know some of the stuff you are currently thinking of adding in, aside from the stuff said in this thred.
Also, are you still planning on putting the scripting (trigger) system in?
I found this post between 100 and 200 posts back (about 175).Quote:

This is where it stands so far.
Quite likely, but at the moment it's a very low priority.
Hang fire on the map editor for a while, 'cos I don't have time to make the necessary changes to the framework to support map loading.
When I get my head sorted out (i.e. out of my arse) then I'll look into providing you with the necessary information.
You will problaby wait until I no longer am able to eaisly get it done...
Anyways, I am still gonna start on making basic framework for the map editor (user interface, allowing modifications, ect; no saving or loading).
Ok, that's great. If you have something more important to be doing though, don't feel you have carry on with the map editor.
How's your Zelda thing going anyway? I though Zelda was already a major game, can you get away with using that name?
my Tekken 3 case contained your GT3 CD
we'll have to get together soon to recify this...
I know it does.
Pete came round last night for a bit of GT session, but you've taken the two player CD. So we played Tekken instead... :D
So, how are you on this fine day my hairy friend?
absolutely knackered.
had a nice night out last night, not too drunk. Not enough sleep though.
Working every hour God sends, and not by choice :(
Hows the feet? and the suite?
All good. If you get chance - feel free to pop round this evening and marvel at the luxery of my sofas....
Right, the gym...
1) Pay as you train
*Induction £15 (one off)
*Leisure Pass £10.50 (one off)
*General Session £3.75 (without leisure pass I think)
*Leisure Pass £2.60 (this leaflet really isn't clear at this point)
2) Fizzicals Saver Passes (I guess these are gym only)
*Annual £220.00
*6 Month £124.30
*3 Month £69.50
3) Multi Action Passes (I think this includes Sauna, Steam Room, Swimming Baths etc - dunno if it allows cheaper use of Badminton Courts or what not)
*Annual £270.00
*6 Month £172.00
*3 Month £104
4) Multi Action Session (Like the pass above, but you pay each time you go)
*Fizzicals/Sauna/Swim £6.30
*Fizzicals/Swim £4.40
*Leisure Pass £4.40 (this bit lost me).
OK, that was an exact transcription from the leaflet. That's all it says. Another leaflet goes on about corporate membership if we can get 40 or more people. Discounts are also available for smaller groups, but that probably doesn't mean groups of two...
ok...
I don't want to fork out a lump sum to start with, I want to break myself in gently, so I'm inclined to have to pay for pay as you train, at least in the early days. Once I more confident, I can either continue, perhaps buying a longer term pass, or perhaps moving to a cheaper, smaller gym.
As an aside, my foot has been gammy for tha past couple of days. I think you're a jinx. Its easing now, but I think I pulled something in it, and driving was pretty uncomfortable...
I'm just waffling now. Better get some work done :D. You online all day or just popping on from time to time?
I'll be on for a while certainly.
I'm trying to clear some free space on my machine and I've narrowed a lot of the wastage down to lots of my porn *ahem* I mean ummm... well.... porn really - anyway, loads of it's in bmp format so I'm converting them to jpg.
I can't be arsed to write something to do it so I'm using a limited functionality shareware convertor. It only does them 6 at a time though.
I have 1586 to do....
ah...
why not simply zip them up? The compression won't be quite as good, but the quality will be batter and you can access / view them within the zip file without extracting them.
Because they're scattered in many different directories and a lot have the same name. They're also mingled with other files...
Do you have your own copy of broodwar or are you using mine?
I was thinking when you get in we could paste some people on b.net...?
whats ur b.net account name? And also, which gateway do you use (Cause you can't see anyone on a differnt gateway, nomatter what blizzard says...[i've checked it])
And asto the same name, if you use winzip, it doesn't matter. You can tell it to save the paths.
