This all came to light because one of the seniors complained to me that he was playing games on his computer all day while the rest of them were working like slaves.
Unfortunately this team is located in another city from me, but I might fly out next week to personally kick the ******s arse around the office.
What really bugs me is that we are on a tight schedule, and everyone else is working really hard to get the project in on time, and we are under threat of having the project cancelled. It must be sickening for the other developers.
Okay, rant over. I'm happier now :)
