I’m visiting Arkansas for the week and the weather is so tranquil.

If I get hot under the sun, resting under shade cools me off.

It’s crazy how well the shade cools you down too.

Suppose to be 102 here today and 104 tomorrow. Feel bad for my son he's going to be camping in this heat for the next three days.

Glad we don't have much humidity here.

Oof, that's got to be miserable.

I used to really enjoy camping when I was younger. Now I'd prefer staying in my camper and call it camping.

I'm hiding from heat and humidity today. A front is coming. Tomorrow will start some nice weather.

Yeah, he is tent camping. But they're at a lake so he should be able to cool off if he wants. Sleeping might be a problem. As long as my AC doesn't quit the heat wont bother me at all.

I read most of your journal from yesterday. Sounded like a miserable ride. Humidity is the worse.

I'm back home, but my legs are completely tore up.

I guess they call them "no-see-ums", but my legs are riddled with bite marks and it's tough not to itch them.

Well, it looks like the western part of the state is going to get hit by a topical depression with them taking the brunt of the wind and the eastern part taking the brunt of the rain.

It's been raining so much here, it does have me a bit concerned.
