Well, that WOULD be pretty accurate, especially Friday. I was down in a confined area, surrounded by metal fencing, grabbing salmon.

Tables and ladders, yes. Chairs, no.
My thumbs are still a bit sore. They got a workout.
Oh my!Quote:
Tables, Ladders, Chairs....
Well, it was grueling but I was able to get a new job.
That's good to hear. I may need to borrow some money. ;)
Ehhhh.... jai ne parles pas anglais?
Be careful, that kind of talk can get you deported. :p
Aichi mama!
That didn't take long. Well Done.
Does it look promising?
If it doesn't look promising, then it would promise looking.
We're getting something very unusual for August: Rain. LOTS of rain.
I have a bit of a drive ahead of me today. It just got a whole lot longer as a landslide has closed a key roadway. That's what happens in this state when we get lots of rain. The hills all head for the valleys.
Potable water isn't much of an issue, but fires certainly are. The water fights we have won't be affected by a single rainstorm. They took decades to start and would take years of rain to fix. Still, the mountains got pretty well soaked, which should knock down the fires.
We killed a deer on the way home, yesterday. That kind of sucked. Something spooked it and it sprinted out into the road.
Yeah, that would suck. Never hit a large animal. Though I did hit a 12yr old boy one time. Nothing spoked him to run in from of my car, he was just being stupid. He came flying(literally) in front on my car from the blind side of a building on his skate board. Luckily it was in a parking lot and I was only going 5 or 10mph. Scared the hell out of me, he laid on the ground crying for a minute then got up and left.
To be fair, this wasn't a large animal. It was a fawn.
Still sucked, though.
