Hey SD hows you?
Howdy. I'm feeling right royally chuffed with my weekend. As a present for my mum and dad (sort of for Canadian Mothers day), on Friday we hooked up my 1,000 watt 6 speaker hi-fi and dvd player to a wall projection unit we borrowed from my mates company. We bought loads of beer and wine, mums favourite musical (Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat) and Dads favourite Artist (Tina Turner's Final Concert) on DVD.
Then projected them up onto the wall (a 20' Screen), cranked the hi-fi up and watched Joseph followed by 2 hours of Tina Turner. Mum and Dad loved it, it was a surprisingly fun evening (We were all pretty plastered about halfway through the Tina concert and were all singing along in drunken chorus (While me & dad oggled the dancing girls.)
Had a BBQ on Saturday with my cousins, more eating, drinking and being merry.
All in all a very good weeekend.

My Erin passed her audition to go to the Cal State Summer School for the Arts. It means that she'll be at college at 14 and be away from us for a month at a time but it is a very cool thing for her. She's on cloud nine and a half!
