If it was done in any Photoshop style program it is easy as hell to do.... all you do is rotate the text... simple :)

From what I can tell it says this :

There is a dimension just outside the realm of the known universe where the deadly creatures known as the Fallen....
Here in a place called Cosmos these creatures exist for the sole purpose of war, recording the events of the multiverse.

but i think on the last line, it is "simply" not amply
