Yup. I take lunch whenever I can get away.
I do IT also when needed. Busy, busy.
I'd be a cranky person if I was eating lunch at 1:20.
I leave for lunch at 11:30 every day, and my wife has something ready for me at noon.
Unless we go eat somewhere then I won't eat until about 12:10ish.
