As an afterthought: poor John's server. We're killing it slowly and painfully. :)
This is a business to John. If his server is having trouble keeping up with the demand he should invest in his business and upgrade. He is obviously business minded and wants to improve the grade of users he attracts. If he attracts more users, he'll have to invest in more servers.
