I sent my CV (resume, whatever you want to call it). To an Agency over in Cali, cant remember the name... Do you have any suggestions of who else I could send it to?

Remembering I am not a programmer, I know some code (HTML, JavaScript, a bit of ASP and learning ActionScript). But I am more into the Graphic Deign and Web Design..........
