Yep......I can't open your zip so that's half the problem...but over here we have to write our assessments, the boss changes happy to glad and reads it back to you and gives you a merit increase that has nothing to do with how much merit you have but how much brown-nosing you've done. The entire thing takes an hour and you feel nothing........like having sex with a eunich.
it's on it's way now :). it's more of an assesment than an interview as there is so much going to be going on :)
