It does brighten up the day doesn't it....?
just what I needed on a boring friday afternoon :D
Usually this site is empty of Friday afternoon...all you Brits are done for the day when I'm just getting started! It's nice to have a little company today!
Glad I could be of service ;)
well I'm normally in a pub about this time, feeling slightly worse for wear. But tonight i'm feeling really nackered, but not tired. so that why i'm here
I'm surprised you could be so much fun this morning if you were hung over so badly....what a trooper!
It was only td and gaffer that got pissed. I only had a couple of pints, as my car was waiting at the train station after that awful journey
I see.....I try to behave myself if I have to drive too....unless my husband is willing to come bail me out. He's really good about that sort of thing...among others ;-)
I'm not at the randomly drinking stage yet...I'm still at the "bailing my parents" out stage
I'm sure your parents appreciate it! Are you married Ian?
it was nice meeting them. what gaffer said about dennises avitar looking like td, was absolutley spot on.
it was just a shame that paul couldn't make it. were all going out for a curry soon :D
evening Mike
katie - no im not married, completly free and single at the moment. I'm still only 22 and don't really think about that yet. i had a nasty break up about 6 months ago which hurt me pretty badly. but I musn't grumble, life is looking up for me at the moment
Sorry to hear that Ian....
Great attitude though!
Hopefully you've (almost) recovered now, Ian :)
I've pretty much got over it now. it's a long story and I basically got taken for a ride for a long time and was too stupid to realise, and when I did, she started to go mental on me. oh well, we learn by our mistakes :)
on a happy note, is that i'm being head hunted at the moment and will be discussing terms with a md of a company for me to work permi. It sound very promising
Great! Good luck....being a contractor can get tiresome...at least I never have to travel though...they just move me from program to program every five years or so. I worked on the B-2 Bomber program for eight years before coming to the F-22. It was a lot of fun...great people and interesting stuff to work with!
your starting to make me jealous at the moment katie ;), compared to what I've let myself into at the moment
Like blowing things up? :D
I've attached a picture of "my" planes.
so.. what do you do with "your planes?"
