I was just thinking about the server architechture. It is going to be a royal pain-in-the-*** to do the back-end design. I assume that we'd take the Napster approach (central server listing who's online and their status)?

D) Agree if this is a for-profit or a non-profit project.
E) Set up a website/server for it
F) Exchange our time zone information and what part of the planet we're on so we don't plan meetings at 12am. :D

subleader, are you gonna be the NetMeeting Host? I can't .. My ADSL router blocks the server ports for FTP and NetMeeting. I can connect to clients fine though
I haven't used NetMeeting before, and I do have a hardware firewall. If you tell me what port NetMeeting uses, I could allow traffic through it.
