are you uploading you page twice? So let me get this straight. when you type in www.ea-delta.com it loads what ever is at http://home.att.net/~Arthurium/index.htm? and how are you forwarding the index.htm to ead.htm?
Code:<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso8859-1" />
<TITLE>Welcome to Ea-Delta's Homepage</TITLE>
<META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="products; headlines; downloads; news; Web site; what's new; ez-cloak; picbot; software;" />
<META NAME="DESCRIPTION" CONTENT="Software for web surfing!" />
<META NAME="MS.LOCALE" CONTENT="EN-US" />
<META NAME="CATEGORY" CONTENT="home page" />
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=ead.htm">
</HEAD>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
<font color="#FFFFFF">Ez-Cloak | Picbot | Contact | Custom Programming</font>
</HTML>
so which site do you upload to? I would assume the home.att one. some how somewhere you have a reference to the ea-delta.htm file and not the ead.htm file. take all the stuff in the ead.htm file and copy it into the ea-delta.htm file and see what that does. is that the code for your index.html page or the ead.htm. :confused: I am getting all confused with all these different files. :)
lol.
That is the text of Index.htm
I just search through every document and
non has a reference to ea-delta.htm
Also I uploaded to home.att.net
I just think IE doesnt like all this forwarding.
www.ea-delta.com >> index.htm >> ead.htm
it is not just IE, Netscape is seeing the same thing, the right frame. is that file ea-delta.htm still exist? delete that bugger so it doesn't cause anymore confusion. then if it doesn't work then we might know where to look. if you goto the http://home.att.net/~Arthurium/ead.htm
and look at the title you will be amazed. it sounds like something isn't getting refreshed and/or overwritten.
Oh.
That file isnt usually accessed directly. I fixed it though.
What about ea-delta.htm? there is no file by that name..
http://home.att.net/~Arthurium/ea-delta.htm
ok I think I found it. open up index.htm. what is in there?
this is what I found.
so it looks like you are loading a frame then forwarding to another frame. so it might be that you have a frame inside another frame. possible? that is what I just downloaded from your site, the www.ea-delta one. I cleared all my cache and tempory internet files out so it was a fresh refresh. so in one of your files you have the frames loading twice. either index.htm or ead.html, lol, burn it all and start over, :DCode:<FRAMESET border=0
frameSpacing=0
frameBorder=0
cols=100%,*>
<FRAME name=left marginWidth=0 marginHeight=0 src="ead.html" frameBorder=0>
<FRAME
name=right
marginWidth=0
marginHeight=0
src="about:blank"
frameBorder=0>
</FRAMESET>
That would have made sense. But download the index.htm with like getright or gozilla and then open it as text.. and it should look like this.
What is changing it to the other code?Code:<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso8859-1" />
<TITLE>Welcome to Ea-Delta's Homepage</TITLE>
<META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="products; headlines; downloads; news; Web site; what's new; ez-cloak; picbot; software;" />
<META NAME="DESCRIPTION" CONTENT="Software for web surfing!" />
<META NAME="MS.LOCALE" CONTENT="EN-US" />
<META NAME="CATEGORY" CONTENT="home page" />
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=ead.htm">
</HEAD>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
<font color="#FFFFFF">Ez-Cloak | Picbot | Contact | Custom Programming</font>
</HTML>
ok I used gozilla and download Accelerator. if you go to the www.ea-delta site and download it, it doesn't exist but if you download the site name www.ea-delta.com it saves the file I posted with the "right" frame. but if you goto the home.att one and download the index.htm is is the one you posted, the right one. some how the www.ea site is not being loaded right, or not being forwarded right. it also sounds like you added a new file that loads on home.att one and the other site doesn't see it. if you load all you files to one server then it should work right. but like I said before you must not have an extension right some where, the html and htm are very different. if the page is a default htm and you loaded an html file then it won't read it because the default is htm. understand? I would talk to the tech that is handling your forwarding and ask him to look at it. he might see where your files are being crossed, as I can't because I don't have your password or login ID. I am out of options if all of the files are named right.
It is Great !!
What a great Idea to keep a pole on this site, you have already got 425 vistors.
Keep it up
hehe.
Look in a search engine! Im so proud... its everywhere!
Matthew, just put a text box in the table and put the news in there. that way you won't have any scrollbars on the page just in the table.
of course you can make it bigger or smaller if you want. it looks like it wil be pretty charp when you get most of it done. keep it up :cool:Code:<TEXTAREA NAME="News" ROWS=20 COLS=75 wrap=physical>
NEWS here
</textarea>

I had thought of this too. Thanks for bringing it up again, I can make it readonly! But I remember seeing a script of making pages be able to scroll within tables. But the person changed how the page was, I think I might have it on zip drive, if I find it, I'll be happy to share.
Neat site! Nice effects on it! Looks really really nice matthew!
How is my site lookin now?
www.ea-delta.com
Its impossable to fix the frame thing. Its nice that its not to
horable .. thankfully
