It ran for less than a season. They made something like 13 or 14 episodes but only aired 11 of them i believe. You can get the entire series on one dvd set from places like best buy or amazon.Quote:

I wonder what the theme will be... Marge gets pregnant with another kid?
You could take that in several ways
Come to think of it, the same with the above sentence.
Don't talk about Marge like that. She is an angel of a woman.
Probably end up with that episode where Lisa gets a future prediction and you see Bart as a ladies man, Lisa in University and Maggie all grown up. It will probably end up with Maggie finally speaking as that's been a common theme throughout (and yes I know she's said things like "Daddy" and so on, but I meant proper conversational talking)
Lisa marrys Nelson.
I saw the movie on DVD at the weekend and thought it was complete pants.
Big screen movie with TV sets and crapola special effects.
Sponge Bob the movie was far better.
I'm gonna buy it then! :afrog:
Buy pants?Quote:

I'm sorry but considering how much they fought to get this film to be made, and a great film they made the least you could do is show your support for this low-budget film by forking out a couple of quid for it. It's only a tenner for crying out loud!
Happy days! Got the Firefly DVD boxset for Christmas. I had pretty much watched them all by the end of Christmas week and am going through them again
WHY DID THEY CANCEL THIS SHOW????
Because Fox is run by retards. They showed the episodes out of order, on Friday night(historically worst night for good ratings), virtually no advertisement of the show, kept pre-empting it with stupid reality specials, then canned it because ratings were not very high. Although the shows rating was actually pretty decent for a brand new show no one could see or knew existed.Quote:

I'm well gutted as I think it is awesome, especially for a first series as usually they are the slowest of all.
I was kind of hoping that another network like Sci-Fi would pick it up and make a second series but it looks like it's dead in the water.
Although, there are rumours that there won't be a Firefly season 2 BUT there could be a spinoff of some kind....interesting
If there was only a spinoff Joss Whedon and gang wouldn't likely be involved. I wouldn't count on it being anywhere near as good without the same team of writers.Quote:

please bother to keep me apprised, I don't get that kind of news.
BTW anyone watch Heroes? Another to add to my list of best TV shows ever.
heck yeah heroes is great man
I'll take the advice.
I just got caught up on it finally. Thank god for iTunes. Like all other shows, I always get into it late. At least I didn't wait a couple seasons like I did with Battlestar Galactica. ^_^
You ought to check out Eureka! too. I had heard a little bit about it on the interweb and ended up downloading the whole season through iTunes.
Haha funny mendhak
Yes, we Firefly fans are pretty pathetic still drooling over the show, but dammit Fox sucks!!!
I already watch Eureka. Decent show. It has alot of potential. I am hoping The Dresden Files will be good. I am reading the first book right now and it is pretty good.Quote:

I think we are actually in pretty good shape right now. Seems that the Drama is overtaking the reality crap and we got some pretty good stuff on TV and some good prospects coming.Quote:

Cander try to check Prison Break and Smallville Season 6. For me they're worth watching. I'm planning to watch galactica season 3.
In my list now:
Prison Break
24
Heroes
Smallville
BattleStar Galactica, soon.
btw 24 season 6 first 4 episodes were on the torrent sites. :D
Prison Break 2 starts on Monday in the UK, w00t! :bigyello:
24 season 6 starts sometime next week too
I'm watching 'Heroes' now. It's pretty addictive :)
Okay, now seen the first episodes of both Prison Break 2 and 24. Good start for Prison Break, 24 was a little slow to start for my liking but it's a long series so...
Post #101 in this thread... and it's my first...
Have I spammed enough for today?
