If it was edited by a moderator there wouldn't be any "Last edited by...".

For me anyways it always adds the "Last edited by..." when I edit a members post that is inappropriate or to add vb code tags, etc. Adminss may be exempt? Try editing my post after the 3 minute time limit.I know I don't leave a trace no matter when I do it, but I thought it was the same for mods.

(draws on IPB experience again) There should be a group permissions option for the ability to suppress the "Last edited by" tag. If it is set for moderators then there should be an option when you edit the post to not add the tag. Then again, I don't know the vB specifics.

Thanks, I know about the option, I just thought it was set differently.

I guess it would make sense to show if a post had been edited by a mod.

It would at least prevent people from making posts with faked moderator edits, whether out of humor or malice.
