My point is that you cannot conveniently just "forget" certain parts of you history because it suits a certain situation. YOU are part of what makes up the US today, therefore YOU must accept that the past is part of your country's present day make up.Quote:

My relatives from the 1500s were from Italy and Poland, so not much slave trading going on there. Any other useless points?
