Good job it look great :) Keep working, I really have a good feeling about that game. If we take time to make it well we will have an impressive game. :)
What exaclty should i work on? :p I can;t really do that much bitblt without the movement which you do right? I can fool areound with it to make it more fluid and what not. I dunno

If you can found a way to put the background with a sort of Title ( like all piece of wall are in 1 bmp and with coord we place all like a puzzle in the background ). If you can make that dude I will be so damn happy :)

We put all graphic in 1 bmp ( bitmap ). Like the jpg I attached to this reply you see all square who represent all BMP in 1 BMP. All red dot represent coor of each BMP in the 1 BMP.
After you need to put in the picturebox (mainframe) all like a puzzle to have all picture pasted in the picturebox so you will have the impression than it's one big map but in reallity it's just a lots of little bmp who will save memery. I know they have tutorial and exemple in http://vbexplorer.com and I am sure than they have a good one at FOX website ( the adress is in the thread somewhere ).

This is what I made for the moment : Problem you cant not go down of a block without jumping or you will fly in the air ( well I didnt fixed it yet for the reason then I wanted to fix the speed of the heros. I got a lots of difficulty with it, for a reason the heros sometime can jump very fast in the horizontal side. I change the Gravity to 16 i think :) and it's better. Well this is my work for moment.
I will do tommorow : Fix jump problem, fix going down of a block and I will add the Bitblt image in the project.

Also talking about animating the left side movements how many frames do you think we should have per action?
I have 3 on that walking demo but i could add more for smoother movement if needed?

3 picture will be fine, I think normal game use 2 so with 3 we will be ok ( for the moment, I dont know maybe at the end of the game we will want to improve more the game ).:) Keep working like you are doing I really appreaciate it :)
