What's a good (free or shareware) product for editing these things? The original tongue-monster gif is great, but it didn't reduce in size very well. I think I need to have another crack at it.
I use PSP and animation shop from Jasc
Hmmm... I'm guessing they're pricey. I don't fancy paying just to be able to edit one avatar every year or so.
