[VB6] sButton Multipurpose Control (last update: 31/03/2021)

This is a very powerful control source code, can you tell your story? What year did you start developing this?
Based on what idea, you invented this product. It was supposed to be a commercial work, but how can it be free and open source?

Maybe we can expand it and make it a 3D button. Even animated buttons.

If we can encapsulate these APIs and various interfaces into modules, we can reuse all kinds of codes.

I just learned how to draw a triangle and draw a rectangle. And then, ah, by calculating the position of each point. You can make the picture like a vector picture, enlarge it or transform it.

I just learned a little more and found that it has the rotation of coordinate system and automatic acquisition. Zoom in or rotate or new coordinates.

It would be better if we could also develop a plug-in that can use GPU for computing.

Probably the easiest thing to do is to make those transparent. Images designed by PNG, PSD professional artists? Various buttons are collected. Larger images are saved as templates, and they can be reduced when needed.

Btw, it looks the repo is GPL-3 licensed, a warning for anyone planning to use this is closed-source commercial applications will need to negotiate/pay for another license with the author.

Oh! My mistake! Everyone can use it comercially for free! I just want to know before it happens. I dont know the diference between all the licences and picked randomly one. :D

It happens on the pandemic when I was doing homeworking. I try to learn and make a library to use GDI++ . To test the library I created a control that can be used as a button with transparent PNG and from there I start adding more and more features and ideas until the project was 1000 times more bigger than I anticipated.
You can use the source code to create anything you want. I moved mainly to code in PHP and cant promise to give support (due to lack of time) to my vb6 code.

I also stopped working on it because I changed the code to create a OCX control suit version (with the sButton and others), but that code still need more refinement and testing before releasing it as it is. (if it get released oneday)

The space is beautiful and I have tested it.
But after moving the control in design mode, it leaves an old trail, the wrong image, on the window.
You need to close the window and reopen it.

After the compiler program runs. Button 1.enable = false, switch back, and some buttons disappear.It will take a while to redisplay..
For example, some use graphic fonts, which are equivalent to two caption attributes. It may be more convenient if you can input them manually and directly.

For example, we can type?, and then the selector will pop up automatically.Or add a property page. The main thing is to choose fonts and different characters.
