Messed up Pop-Over ad

We've got the ad off now, so you shouldn't see it. Do you have an ad blocker on your work system? You should have seen the ad at least once when it was being displayed.

Nope... no ad blockers.

I know I've gotten them before - not the one in question but the welcome ads in general - and I'll get them twice on one and then twice again on the other ... so I know the concept works... but for some reason, things went south on this one ... maybe that's the problem... it went south... I am in the South... maybe I just need to move.

I do most of my browsing on this old XP sp3 system using the latest version of Firefox. I also have an ad blocker and popup blocking turned on but when that CA ad was coming up it seemed to keep doing it during the session. I can't say what the number of times in a single session was for sure but I am sure it was at least 4 or more times and if it appeared once it did not fail to appear on any navigation attempt within either site.
