An MS-Scripting.Dictionary has Serialization basically "built-in".

S = Join(D.Keys, "<|>") & "<||>" & Join(D.Items, "|")
If you want a more direct serialization into a ByteArray,
you could use a cCollection instead of the MS-Dictionary
(the cCollection has a Read/Write .Content-Property of type ByteArray)...
